Ruemood Return and Exchange Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

 

At Ruemood, we aim for the highest quality with our Japanese streetwear products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the opportunity to return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

 

Items eligible for return or exchange must be returned within this timeframe, be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note, discounted or special offer items are only returnable if there is a quality issue, and headwear items are final sale due to sanitary reasons.

How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@ruemood.com with your order number and reason for return. Be sure to review your order carefully before purchase as we cannot modify orders once they are placed.

Fees and Processing

Exchanges and returns for store credit are processed without additional charges. A coupon will be sent to you with the amount that can be deducted on your next order. Just enter the coupon code on your next purchase to use it

By default, this will be the way that we will process our refund unless requested otherwise

 

For refunds back to the original payment method, a handling and processing fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.

This fee applies per item for orders over $200. Original shipping charges and any applicable customs fees are not refundable.

Shipping Information

We do not provide shipping labels for returns.

 

You are responsible for mailing your return to the address provided upon your request and providing a tracking number for the shipment within a week of initiating the return.

 

Upon receiving your returned item, we will either ship your new item at no additional cost or process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.

Additional Information

Please be aware that buyers are responsible for all shipping fees and any return costs if shipments are denied or undeliverable due to incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees.

 

In case of undeliverable orders, we will re-ship to the corrected address provided.
